The Highworth Community Centre offers a wide range of facilities for every occasion. Whether it’s a small family gathering or a conference for just over a hundred people HCC have a venue to suit.

The versatile rooms can be hired by the hour, day, week or long term, so give us a call today to see how HCC can help make your event a success.

The facilities on offer range from a small meeting room for up to 12 people, to a Conference Suite for up to 30 delegates.

For larger exhibitions and conferences the main hall can hold seating for 120 people or if you are providing a sit down meal up to 100 can be catered for. Other rooms are available which can be configured to your exact needs, so call us today for details on our cost effective and versatile corporate packages.

Highworth Community Centre is the ideal location for your wedding or civil partnership reception and our extensive facilities will ensure your big day goes off with style. Our outdoor facilities are second to none in Highworth.
Our 70m x 40m field is available to hire by the hour or day and is complimented by a covered gazebo. Along side the field is wild woodland area.

The Main Hall

Main Hall

Our Hall is suitable for a number of activities and uses, it can seat 80 people in a theatre style set-up or tables can be arranged in conference, café or ‘boardroom’ style.

As a large room it is also idea for sports classes, support groups, children’s parties and more.

It is a bright and airy room which benefits from a high ceiling and large windows at one end.

A large kitchen area is included in the hall hire for food preparation only. As the kitchen is not registered with Environmental Health cooking is not permitted.

Room 1

Room 1 is suitable for a number of activities and uses, it can seat 40 people.

It is fully carpeted and has windows on two sides.

Room 3 The Conference Room is suitable for a number of activities and uses, it has a central table which seats 16 people. The table can removed to enable the room to be used for other purposes.

It is fully carpeted and has windows on one side. It also has a large white board at one end.

Room 4 is our smallest meeting room. It is ideal for small conferences of up to 8 people sat around a table and can accommodate up to 12 people on soft seating.

It is partly carpeted and partly wooden floored, has windows on one side. It has a sliding wall that can open to join to Room 10 to create an even larger space, see below.

Room 9 and 10 Combined is suitable for a number of activities and uses, it can seat 80 people.

Once the sliding wall is opened between Room 9 and Room 10 it creates a large capacity room. It is partly carpeted and partly wooden floored, has windows on three sides.

Room 12 (off the hall)

Room 12 is our (quiet) room which leads off the main hall. It can accommodate up to 30 people, there is seating for 15 people on soft chairs and sofas.

Outside Field, Gazebo and Copse

Our Outdoor Field, Gazebo and Copse are perfect for wedding receptions, fêtes, sports days or any other outdoor activity.

Our 70m x 40m field is available to hire by the hour or day and is complimented by a covered gazebo. There is also a beautiful shady Copse.

Field, Gazebo and Copse hire includes access to toilets, small kitchen and room 9 in the main building.

Woodland Area

Our Woodland area is situated along side the field. It is a wild area ideally suited for forestry, schools and children’s activities.

We request that fires are only used in the designated firepit.

Woodland area hire includes access to toilets, small kitchen and room 9 in the main building.
