Hire Charges

We offer a structured pricing policy on hall/room hire at the Community Centre. Please see the criteria below to determine which is applicable to your circumstances. Opening Times
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 10.00pm – Parties to cease by times specified by the Centre.
Saturday 9.00am to 11.00pm – Parties to cease by times specified by the Centre.
Sunday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Hall Hire
Seating capacity 120 max
Minimum hire period 2 hours, thereafter it may be hired for 1 hour periods.
KITCHEN (upper level)
The use of the kitchen is NOT included in the hire charges. If the use of this kitchen is required additional charges and deposits apply. Appropriate hygiene certificates required.
Block Bookings Rates are available. Please contact us to discuss specific rates and requirements.

LOCAL RATE – Applies to Not for Profit groups and Residents of the area of benefit.

LOCAL NON-BUSINESS RATE – Applies to Private Parties and similar activities.

STANDARD RATE – Applies to Registered Charities.

STANDARD NON-BUSINESS RATE – Applies to Private Hire for residents outside the area of benefit.

BUSINESS RATE – Applies to activities where charges are levied.

Room Hire
Various room sizes are available. Seating for 10 to 60 people.
Minimum hire period 1 hour.

LOCAL RATE – Applies to Not for Profit groups and Residents of the area of benefit.

LOCAL NON-BUSINESS RATE – Applies to Private Parties and similar activities.

STANDARD RATE – Applies to Registered Charities.

STANDARD NON-BUSINESS RATE – Applies to Private Hire for residents outside the area of benefit.

BUSINESS RATE – Applies to activities where charges are levied.

Outside Areas
Minimum hire period 4 hour slots.
